MEET THE FOUNDERS

Charlie Mynard

With an inherent love of the charity sector and a background in recruitment and business development, Charlie has spent the last few years working in the wonderful world of third sector recruitment and has embraced every moment of it. Charlie’s love of travel and volunteering has taken her all over the world, whether that’s backpacking with friends or working on charitable projects. When forced to be more stationary, Charlie enjoys all things sport and exercise (both playing and watching) – it’s safe to say her competitive nature on the netball court is certainly evidenced in the tenacity she applies to supporting her candidates and encouraging charities to prosper. Charlie’s tenacity, love of the sector, varied background, and altruistic approach to supporting others are what have given her the wonderful reputation she has across the region today.

Leanne Roberts

Leanne has spent 20 years in recruitment, 17 of which have been purely dedicated to working with charities and third sector organisations. It’s safe to say what Leanne doesn’t know about charity recruitment simply isn’t worth knowing! Married with two children, she takes on the seemingly endless challenge of juggling book bags and PE kits with meetings and proposals. Regardless of this you will not meet a more dedicated person to support your career or charity in its journey of development, and Leanne is known across the region for her unrivalled dedication to the task in hand and her immeasurable work ethic.
