Creative and reactive… 2 things we have all had to learn to be this last year! Out of this newfound CREATIVITY and REACTIVITY has been born our now hugely successful, flexible and uniquely tailored consultancy arm of our business. This last year has taught us that as the economic climate has changed so significantly, we must also EVOLVE the way we ENGAGE and support our charities. This flexible approach has allowed us to work with organisations in DIFFERENT ways throughout the pandemic and, has encouraged us to continue to work this way as things move forward. 

Our Consultancy Service Offering 

Here at Charity Horizons we now offer several of our recruitment services in isolation. This offering suits organisations that don’t need support with the full recruitment package but may need specialist help in specific areas of the recruitment process. We can support with any of the below services in isolation or can package up several of the elements to create a tailored bundle of support that suits you and your organisations perfectly. We take our commitment to EDI incredibly seriously.   • Recruitment training - writing and delivering a bespoke organisation specific programme to include line manager interview training, EDI, unconscious bias, recruitment policy review and recommendations
  • Outplacement support - working with charities to support staff affected by redundancy, helping them navigate the job market and transition into new and suitable roles 
  • Staff wellbeing – delivering projects around wellbeing, writing engagement strategies and policies
