The Role

This an exciting role to join a talented fundraising team and contribute to securing income for the future of St Ann’s Hospice. This role will take the lead with individual giving supporter journeys and campaigns and the hospices annual direct mail campaigns.

Duties will include:
  • Leading on several income stream campaigns  
  • Developing and delivering effective direct marketing campaigns
  • Working effectively with data including data segmentation 
  • Using the CRM for data quality and reporting, including financial codes and annual data audits. 
  • Ensuring the team is compliant in Information Governance and Data Protection.
The Person

St Ann’s is looking for an Individual Giving Fundraiser with an eye for detail, with experience in direct marketing or relevant transferable skills. We are looking for someone who is a good team worker and is organised, with a track record of delivering projects on time. 

You should have experience working with CRM databases and knowledge of data segmentation. It is essential to understand the importance of complying with Information Governance and Data Protection and ensure that this is met by the fundraising department. 

While experience in Individual Giving would certainly be advantageous, we are also keen to speak with people looking to embark on a career in this rewarding area from another area of fundraising or a transferable background.
